Quote:Because Nebraska is a has-been program. I believe that as well. What Osborne did at Nebraska was impressive considering he has to almost always leave the state to recruit. He came to Florida and got Tommie Frazier. He always had really good running backs like Ahman Green, Roger Craig, Mike Rozier and Lawrence Phillips. But they haven't been an elite program for over a decade. And they have not shown any signs of ever returning to those glory days.
