How important is Blake Bortles?

Asking how important Blake Bortles is really just depends on what you need him for.
For example, if you're having a medical emergency and you call 911 and he turns up instead of the ambulance, yeah... he's not very important. But.. as QB for the Jacksonville Jaguars, he's very very important. One of my friends likes to poke fun at BB, he even went as far as to say 'Blake Bortles is the worst QB in NFL history!'
