Clinton is clearly talking about how, after all of the investigations and the findings came out, it was time for the news cycle to move on. As far as her 'lies' there is no evidence about this.

 

Trump, however, was directly addressing and insulting Khan's parents. His tweet, his words. How can you justify what he said? Any compassionate decent human being saw a grieving mother on stage, whereas Trump only saw a Muslim and immediately projected his own stereotypes and prejudice onto her.
