Faced with such a mountain of evidence he was forced to settle would be correct. That's in reference to a 1973 case about Trump refusing black tenants in his properties. He counter sued BTW, which got thrown out almost straight away. Then he was sued again for not adhering to the terms of the settlement. Then there's the discrimination lawsuit against Trump Plaza where they removed a black dealer to cater to a high roller. |
