Caldwell has already shown that he has an eye for talent. The 2013 draft is showing big results and I am not even including Joeckle who was looking good before the injury. Caldwell also found talent in FA while spending very little.

Bradley and Caldwell's plan has come to fruition. There plan was to just get better. The Jaguars were simply terrible the first half of the season. It is very promising to see how this coaching staff adjusted to the first half of the season. They simplified the gameplan and opened up the playbook. Jaguars and the Fans should be exicted to see this team is on the rise. A complete 180 from how the season started.

2014 looks exciting
