That woman who McCain shot down made the comment to him in a Q&A type thing, not someone that was standing outside with a sign. That's a totally different scenario. You're acting like someone stood up at his rally and yelled "burn the Jews" and Trump said "hell ya!!".

I am saying this candidate deliberately fans the flames of bigotry and this is a reflection of the candidate. This is what he sows. This is what he attracts. And he does not condemn it. This language and rhetoric is visible at any and every campaign stop if you watch raw footage of the events.
