Anchorman, I asked two specific questions. Here I'll copy and paste them and feel free to answer those two specific questions.

Feel free to tell me why they never informed the American people of the mission and kept it secret? If they answered that question then I missed it.

Also, what happened to the other 1.3 Billion? How was it paid? They never told us about the secret shipment of $400 million and unless I'm mistaken, they haven't told us how they paid the other 1.3 Billion. Did they ship it on a boat, fly it in, shoot a rocket full of cash? That is what I'm asking. Saw you post that is all we need to know... Really? If the answer isn't a big deal then why aren't they answering?

Anchorman, I've read the entire "official" statement that you posted. Please try and read my entire post like this one in the future so we don't take up an entire page and my time which apparently isn't too valuable.
