Derek Carr vs Utah State

Carr still struggles making throws in a muddy pocket. Definitely not scared of the rush but he doesn't excel against the rush like Teddy.
Clearly behind Teddy as a qb in my opinion. One of the better arms/deep ball I've seen in a while tho. |
