People are 50/50 when it comes to Blake's performance in 2015. Most people claim it was garbage time, etc. I am not blinded with teal colored glasses or homerism though. I think you have to consider that he's been sacked over 100 times in just 29 NFL career starts. You have to weigh in the fact also that he wasn't supposed to start his rookie season, that he was a Jr. coming out of UCF I believe (Correct me if I am wrong). He goes out there with virtually no running game his first two seasons. And in 2015 let's not forget that he was trying to also learn a new offense with 2nd year receivers around him and with a banged up offensive line. Again, I am not expecting this team to be in the play-offs in 2016. I am happy if we sniff .500 and break even at 8 - 8 or even 7 - 9. The defense needs to start pulling it's weight. The running game needs to show up. And the pass protection needs to improve. In my honest opinion. Bortles, Robinson, Hurns, Thomas, Greene and Lee if he can stay healthy will continue to show up in the passing game. They're the LEAST of my concerns on this football team. And it's been a DECADE since I've been able to say that about a Jacksonville Jaguars offense. We just can't catch a break. When we have the running game (MJD/Taylor) era, we didn't have the QB and firepower on the outside to balance it. Now it's the other way around.
