Unlawful gun owners commit 80 percent of gun crimes

#68

This article isnt really surprising.  The truth is if you dont own a gun and dont hang out in the hood, the odds of dying from a gunshot are basically nothing.  Suicides are 20k of the 32k gun deaths.  2/3 of the remaining gun deaths are inner city/gang/drug related (mostly black on black).  Of the small number leftover you've got a lot of domestic violence deaths.  You've got about 1k accidents each year.  etc, etc...  break it all down and there are very few gun deaths remaining.  And ironically most of the gun control laws wont really put a dent into any of those gun deaths listed above.  Most suicides are done by legal gun owners.  And most killers in the hood arent getting their guns through legal channels.
