Yea there's no downside in signing him, he's an extremely talented player. If they sign him I wouldn't be surprised if he "redshirts" this year as a Jaguar, get his life together with a focus on coming back lean & mean in 2017. Chris Ivory will be on the wrong side of 30 soon so DC is likely looking at the long-term here, TJ Yeldon & Karlos Williams make for an intriguing 1-2 punch. I  had a chance to watch Karlos in multiple games last year and what impressed me is his ability to run away from defenses, at 230+ Lbs. Rare size & speed for that position.
