Politically, it's a smart move. Doesn't really help the nation moving forward. But then again, the fact is that the Congress will continue to be controlled by the GOP. Which means, the status quo will be maintained. To be honest, based on the fact that trump is so far out tot he right, the status quo is a better option than civil upheaval at home and potential conflicts with nations over seas. |
