We're only on Sunday night because we're playing the bengals. It certainly has nothing to do with any virtue we are 'deemed' to have this season. When (or more to the point, 'if') we become reliable winners during the regular season, then, we'll have the momentum to earn better televised time slots. Until then, all we can do is take the scraps handed to us by virtue of other teams successes.
It's a rotten situation for us, I know; but, that's the way it is when you've been the laughing stock of the NFL community for as long as we've been. The only thing that's going to change that image is winning; winning consistently and beating good teams. |
