You can grasp at straws all you want, but the guy isn't returning kicks (punts or kickoffs) for this team, and everyone knows it's because of a combination of him being too injury prone and him being too valuable to the team as a WR. I think he would be able to return punts, but the risk isn't worth the reward. If he gets hurt playing WR, fine, we've seen it before. A kick return? We have the Corey Grants of the roster, guys who offer virtually nothing to the offense, to return kicks. Lee adds an element to the offense that's too valuable to risk for kick return yards.
