A) you don't know that and if you do, what 4 games did coaching cost us last year?

and 2) do people really not realize how stupid it sounds to say that...?

 

does putting Gus on the Patriots team make them an 8 win team instead of 12?
 

Did you pay any attention to our opponents and their disasters at QB and OL last season? Average coaching would have had us around average on defense against the schedule we faced. Instead we were 31st. 31st!


 

We should have won the 1st Houston game (Babich should have been fired immediately after that). We also should have won the second tacks game and the Bucs game. Any competent defensive coordinator would have held the opponents to under 20 points in those three games.


 

That's three. There were also a few other close games where the defense failed, such as the first clots game.


 

And yes, Gus coaching the Pats would have them at 8-8, especially if he was responsible for player development for the previous two years.
