Furthermore, even assuming no play call changed at all in the first Colts game, if Myers hits a FG, the Jaguars win that game.  Not sure how Bradley is responsible for Myers missing makeable FGs.
 

1) I disagree. Specifically, Houston with Brian Hoyer. Go back and watch the three plays in the first Houston game beginning with 6:15 left in the 3rd quarter.


 
The Bills game was a win, but the defense gave up 27 points to E.J. Manuel.


 

2) The tacks scored 42 points. I'm only suggesting the defense should have been able to keep them under 20. Even adding in the 14 points you mentioned only gets them to 34, which is still a win for the Jags.


 

3) If the defense was a little better the FGs wouldn't have been necessary.


 

And maybe, with a better DB coach and DC, Gratz and Cyprien and Evans and Colvin and McCray and Harris would have developed (or at least two of them). Although the game time decisions on defense were a problem, Gus also failed on player development.
