I'm no doctor or scout, but I would think that concern would include all joints, etc.

 

It's not like the scout was trying to predict or exclude a knee, and it's obvious his not mentioning the knee didn't keep it from happening.  Do you think by mentioning the knee it would have prevented it from happening?
