Soccer players are built to run long distances per game, not for power. MJD was the biggest unit going and he had all kinds of leg/knee injuries, probably because he was carrying so much weight, although his violent running style wouldn't have helped. I notice the bears starting centrt tore his ACL in a non contact injury. These things happen. I don't see how carrying a load of muscle helps you not tear a tendon? |
