Trump continues to lag Clinton with minority voters, but the poll finds the gap narrowing.
36% of Hispanic voters back the Republican nominee, up from 30% in July.

19% of black voters back Trump, up from 10% in July.

Clinton garners 47% of the Hispanic vote and 73% of the black vote.
