From a comical standpoint, I don't think a good presecutor is going to say the defendant is "Nobody", and Nobody didn't see the stabbing . I could see the defense using that line, though ... Come to think of it, who would name their child "Nobody"?

 

Sheesh, what state do you practice, or learn in? :no:  ... Want to make sure Nobody else goes to school/college there. :blink:
