2. ??? 3. Profit! The Jaguars will Rise Again. We've been unfortunate to have two poor General Managers in a row. Shack left our QB situation in a hot mess. Gene Smith did little to clean it up. In the current era of football, QB is by far the most important position on the field. Runningbacks and Defense have lost a lot of relevance since the league decided passing games sell better, and they can spin it as 'making the game safer'. We need a Quarterback. Someone who can throw the ball further than 5 yards when it's 3rd and 52.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
