As far as Phillips, he has zero shot at getting the HCing job here. He's only being asked to finish out the year.  JDR also has the same chances of being hired.  For me, I'm in the Bill O'Brien camp.. I just don't think he'll leave PSU

 

Hah, I knew it. I could tell you are in both the O Brien and Shaw bandwagon's....I can't blame you, if the Jags were hiring a head coach this season, they'd both be on my top 5 list. O Brien was on my top 5 list last offseason too, when we were seeking a HC. I also agree that I don't see O Brien leaving PSU yet. I think he won't leave until he has that program back to relevance, 

 

The Jags did give up on TC one year too soon. That team was just getting out of cap hell (granted that TC partly put them in) and would have reached a higher rebound with TC than Del Rio. The Jags only needed to replace Coughin (The GM), with someone who could have a working relationship with him as HC. That was the way to go. But Weaver instead blew the whole thing up.
