It's a tough situation for Arkansas State, obviously the team has enough talent to win games which leads to the coaches being hired away. What can be done to stop it? Only thing I can think of is hiring a virtual unknown coach who will be there at least a couple of years before he leaves due to his success. This of course can be a bad thing if the guy is a failure. The schools in a tough spot.
