What does it mean to learn how to win
|
Quote:I see this everywhere. People and analysts say the Jags have a good roster but they are young and don't know how to win. What does this really mean? Making the clutch plays late in games, in close games, to win.... simple as that... some teams always seem to not make the play to win, while others always, or generally seem to make the winning plays late... Last week we could have easily won, but once again didn't right at the end. That is a game that a team with playoff hopes has to pull off. Hopefully we will win the next one that comes down to the end like that... once we start winning those types of games regularly, we will have learned how to stay calm in the clutch and execute. |
