Criminals that have never been convicted of a crime can pass a background check and get a concealed carry permit in Missouri before this, no? It's the whole never been convicted of a crime thing...you can legally obtain a gun.


And really, do you think a for real criminal is going to worry about getting a concealed carry permit so they can carry a gun??
