If this team panics and makes a move for the sake of making a move now, THAT is the sure fire way to lose this locker room. Everyone seems to be criticizing Gus and Wash, but I believe Ryan O or Mike Kaye sent out a tweet around the 3rd or 4th preseason after talking to players in the locker room and it was said the consensus within the locker room was that Jack wasn't ready for a full time role.
