Now, we insist on the run without personnel for it, showing our hand on passing downs, and hardly attempt to affect the passer on D. 

 

Exactly this team just seems totally confused. We either need to just decided to be an Air It Out team and force it down other teams throats. Or if we want to be the "scheme" team that out schemes them, have more creative plays with better route combinations and more precise route running. I mean these guys cannot even run a pick play correctly without being too blatant and getting caught.
