Gruden is still #1 on my list, I think he'd take the job if offered, and he has never expressed an interest in also being the GM. In the recent past there have been other NFL head coaches with winning records on the market. Arians was one I thought the Jags should pursue. Reid, Coughlin, Fox, and Harbaugh are also examples of head coaches with winning NFL records who have been available in recent years.
