You are so delusional man. You really are. Let's go ahead and throw out the first 2 seasons. Last year he went 5-11 against the easiest schedule in Jaguars history. He continued to get blown out of winnable games and never adjusted his defense even though it was getting torched.

 

Then this year, he can't beat a sub par team when he has a far more talented roster. Gus has proved he can't coach. Do you think he's the best man for the job? If the answer is no, and why wouldn't it be, then you should move on now and see what Marrone can do. Gus has instilled this loser mentality where all you have to do is get better each week. And when they don't? He does nothing.

 

Problem is I can't throw out the past 3 years or any of the stats.  He is 1-13 in the first quarter of seasons.  When you look at the game by game scores, the results are down with one game peaks each year.  He has never put together a winning streak or showed improvement in game planning or execution.  His teams are highly penalized on lining up incorrectly, false starts and illegal formations which all point to preparation and discipline.
