You are asking for a fool proof roster before holding him accountable.  I gave him a pass on years 1 and 2 and didn't worry about the record.  Last year was a sham when you consider how many cheeseballs down the center of the plate he was giving.  Career backups, has beens and never will be's at QB over and over again and he didn't do anything to put the players in line to take advantage.

 

We are witnessing a stubbornness to adjust, adapt or properly game plan.  This isn't about being blown out of the building last week.  This is about players on the field put in unwinnable positions and expecting to win.
