Anybody catch Lageman this morning?

The problem is, lets say we're 1-3 or even 2-2 at the bye. If we somehow muster a way to 8-8, what do they do then?
Gus more than likely still needs to go at that point, but will he be let go? Now if we turn it around and win 10+ games and a playoff game, then sure, keep him, because he obviously fixed something. But if we just fall into 8 wins by luck Then I still think he needs to be gone.
