Unfortunately I kind of do feel that Gus will end up coaching the Jags longer then he should because of that exact thing. Unless he turns it completely around, and I haven't seen 1 single thing that says that is even possible, he will eventually be let go, but it will end up being later then it should have been. Heck, there are already plenty of fans who think he should already have been gone and I certainly can't blame them. It will be up to Shad and Dave as to when it finally happens, and not before then.
