Does anyone really believe that Gus is the guy to turn this team around and lead this team to the Super Bowl ? Or even the playoffs? Let's get real, he just doesn't have the mental juice to get it done.

It was a mistake to bring him back this year, and the only reason to keep him on this year is to tank for the 1st pick in the draft.
