So who's really to blame on the crossing routes?

Quote:Lol dude, definitely not trying to put words in your mouth. You told me they benched the Gratzter in favor of Joshy J which didn't happen. This play happen as the first official play for the Chargers in the 3rd quarter (after the PI to house). Gratz continued to play in the next 4 defensive series whenever they were in nickel. When Johnson saw the field it was midway in the 4th quarter in a redzone situation where he played his 4 plays and the Chargers got a FG. On the very next offensive series for the Chargers with about 4 minutes left in the game, guess who was back on the field? The GRATZTER! If you don't believe me you could watch nfl replays on games for free using the interwebs and you can watch at high speeds like 2x while using your mouse to select different parts of the game. Takes about 5 minutes to do.It was a mental error. We make so many mental errors, if we benched every player who made a mental error, we'd run out of players before halftime. Maybe the Pats can bench guys for mental errors, but in our case, the solution to things like this isn't benching, it's better coaching. |
