People have to remember that Caldwell was part of 2 QB drafts in his front office history and both were nothing like Russell Wilson, i.e. Manning/ Matt Ryan.

Personally, if anything, I hope Caldwell goes THAT route/ that mold, if he's trying to find "the next one of".

I don't think Manziel is anything much like Wilson except for height and pocket movement. Hes is own beast entirely.
