I think Mike Smith will be the head coach next season

I don't think he's a bad coach, but I'd like a Great coach--and I don't think Mike Smith is great. We need someone who can come here and get the most out of the talent we have --and I don't think Mike Smith would be able to do that. With the right talent, unlike Gus, I'm sure Mike Smith could have success in Jacksonville. I just don't think he'd be a guy who'd be able to win if our starting QB went down. And THAT is the type of coach we want. A coach who brings more out of players, and I just don't think Mike Smith does that.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
