- Fire Bradley. Not sure when however, because I don't feel the Jags have any coach that should replace him including Marrone. Might try to keep Olsen to keep Blake from having to learn a new system again, but that seems unlikely as a new HC would want to bring in his own staff


- Hire an O-Line coach/OC that wants a power running scheme, not a finesse scheme, and bring in the linemen that fit it. The team needs a new left side unless Beachum proves himself and can stay on the field. Some depth wouldn't hurt


- The team needs a blocking TE or perhaps a FB


- Gratz should be released when Colvin returns


- This should be Poz's and Skuta's last year in Jacksonville. Jack won't get much better on the bench


- Joeckel and Alualu are gone after this year


- Any potential DC should be aggressive. No more soft zones with little to no pressure. Attack the offense!!
