Fire Bradley and appoint an interim HC, Marrone if you want to try him out.  That way you can eliminate him from your HC search list possibly.  You're simply looking for leadership from him, Lord knows you can't change schemes and turn things around mid-season.  Meanwhile, you've finally shown the team that there is accountability starting at the top (which is the biggest thing lacking right now).

 

Find a replacement with leadership immediately after the season.  The things about the best coaches (Belichick, Coughlin, Saban, etc.) is that they are great leaders of men.  They will figure out the rest (coaching staff, scheme, etc.).  This teams needs a true, genuine leader who will set high standards and hold everyone accountable to get there or be left behind.

 

For those thinking that there is hope this season, there's not.  0-3 teams don't go to the playoffs.  What you want to do this season, is have the owner and GM show that they will not tolerate substandard performance.  This is the time to set the tone for next season.  If you wait until the end of the season, you're only making the task more difficult for the next coach coming in.
