It's a bit worse than that, actually. He didn't take the timeout on the third down, but took it on the fourth down. So, instead of the Ravens having to rush out and set up, then kick the FG in haste, Badley let them come out at leisure, take some practice swings of the leg, then kick it.

If this guy is this big if a moron with in-game decisions, how stupid is he with game planning?
