Within the bolded lies the problem. 

This coaching staff has shown an inability to get production out of a wide array of highly rated prospects across the board. 

We're left asking "what players CAN this staff work with?" 

Especially when you are still seeing repetitive mistakes from guys in their third year in the system - the player development must be questioned more than the acquisition. 

Also - DC has acquired a number of players that on paper were tailored very well to Bradley's defensive scheme.  I think DC has been pretty specific that way. 

The worst position group  (OL) has suffered in this regard as Gus made an OC change year two and switched from primarily ZBS back to a more traditional blocking scheme.  So the first wave of signings and draft were intended to fit a different scheme along the o-line.
