He's also admittedly biased and he doesn't hesitate to remind listeners of that fact.

He also said on the radio last week that staff changes become more of a conversation if they start 0-4. That's his openly biased way of acknowledging a problem.

He's not as bad as many here want to portray him. His delivery makes it a little tough to stomach for some fans though, and I get that. He's condescending at times.
