He may be a nice guy and that could be his downfall. Maybe it's just me, but as a leader, he really does seem to have a hands off approach. I understand letting our coaches coach and everyone handle their individual responsibilities, but Gus seems so disconnected. How many times have we seen during interview the glance to the side of the room with an "I don't know"? How many times have we heard, "I'll have to look at the tape". Man, you were there on the sideline. Did you not see the play? Did you not see the injury? It is usually a huge faux pas, but I'd liked to see evidence of a bit more engagement and even micromanagement. Get in there man!!!
