Adapt your scheme to the talent. Not the other way around.

Is it the scheme? Is it the player? I'll admit, I hate it, but really this is the first year where there should be the talent to run it correctly. Oddly enough, the defense is improving and getting more consistent in the "square peg" scheme! It's the offense that everyone praised that has become dumpster juice.
