When you're leading the team in rushing with 38 yards one week and then with 17 yards the following week. It's screaming you have an imbalanced offense and either the lineman cannot get it done or the coaching can't get it done. Or it's a combination of both.


Everyone wants to dog this poor kid because he's the QB and it's easier to blame him for the lazy fan out there who doesn't understand that it's a team sport and it takes team effort.


He's been the most sacked QB since 2014. We've had the worst or second to worst rushing attack in the NFL since 2013. He's being asked to basically make dang magic out of lunch meat out there.


Either they need to change the scheme to keep the errors limited on him. Or they need to decide to start playing as a balanced offense like most successful teams do. That's on your coaches folks. Not your personnel. He can't do it on his own.


Go back and look at the 90's when this offense was great. What did we have folks? Two bookend tackles in Boselli and Searcy. Do you see that on today's roster? Nope. Hell, if we could just get half of Boselli's talent at LT we'd be okay. We don't have any maulers up front to create a running lane anymore. Even Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew would struggle behind these lineman.
