Fire Gus Bradley (MERGED)

Quote:I've heard that somewhere else before, just can't remember now. They said it's basically like they don't take a players coach serious. More like one of the players type guy and won't hold himself accountable and is scared to cause any adversity. This sounds like Gus to a T! They spoke about his comments during the segment, and don't quote me, but basically said players (like any human) like to feel secure in their jobs and players coaches create a security blanket for them. They also said that good coaches find a way to utilize things players do well instead of sticking them in a scheme that may not highlight their talents. They tried to refute Smith's rant by saying that there have been successful players coaches, but I think that totally missed the point. |
