People who have questionable morals, will try to game anything they believe they will get away with. I see tons of poor people on street corners. Some of them really do need money and food. Some people don't. I can't worry too much about what people will or won't do with the money/food I give them. If my heart is in the right place, I just help and hope I was able to make a difference. Do people exploit welfare systems? Yes. Are there people who actually use the programs because they truly need help? Yes I believe that. |
