His suggestion is a 4 quarter amputation. In layman's terms, that means full amputation of my arm and shoulder. Everything goes. A lot of doctors are going to hold a meeting Friday about this, and I will get the official word on what they want to do next week.

 

However, it's looking like I may be spending my last week or two with my right arm. Not sure how to feel about it just yet. It hasn't had time to digest mentally and emotionally. For now, I'll just hope for the best, but plan for the worst, just in case.

 

So, that's where things stand. Cancer sucks worse and worse every day. If you know a cancer patient, give them a hug or a kiss when you see them. We need that kind of thing from time to time.
