Isn't Chris Simms the guy who puts Andrew Luck above Tom Brady on his QB rankings? 

 

I think Bortles can turn it around.  We need some competent coaches for that to happen though.  Not to mention a running game that doesn't mainly feature our QB.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
