If we step back and take a good honest approach to this topic....Simms is spot on.
With only 3 first quarter touchdowns in his career... His mechanics will never be straightened out because that's just who he is. When the 2 minute warning came vs the Packers and Bortles had no clue. I started thinking who is this guy.. This is a topic we all want to put behind us and say "No!, I'm not chasing another QB down for this team"... I'll be honest, I'm in denial. I think Bortles is holding this team back right now.
