Nah, as was mentioned a couple times earlier in the thread, Fowler is making an impact but it's by being schemed perfectly and from effort clean up plays...aka pretty much exactly what he was projected to be. Good, solid player but not close to #3 worthy yet.

 

Ngakoue at least has lined up across from his man and straight up whipped him a good number of times. That's worthy of an elite pick. 

 

Obvious caveat that 4 games is far too early to tell.
